Driving it like I nicked it

Hello, new owner.
Hello all,
I've just purchased a CSL after wanting one for about 3 years. Over last 9 years I've had 8 Lotus but after driving a number of CSL I knew I had to have one. Did a deal on an 03 car 2 weeks ago and planning to pick it up on Saturday...it's been a long 2 weeks. Anyway here's a pic...it's been keeping me going for the last 2 weeks. |

Hi, Chepstow so not that far from yourself. Will be picking the car up from Solihull on Sat and will be driving back through Gloucester so you never know you may see me witha big on my face.
Chepstow is only a small town but it's amazing that we know have 4 CSL here out of the 422. Where do you take your car for service? I purchased mine for a pretty good price as it will be due an inspection2 and it would seem that Cotswald in Cheltenham is one of the best and pretty good value compaired to other dealers in the areas. |

Ah ha, another local ish CSL. I'm in Abergavenny & am often down the road at Simpson Motorsport who look after the cars set up.
Good choice with Cotswold Cheltenham, that's where mine goes for service. M3 ACS, so you finally took the plunge? Remembered to hit that sport button after all then?

A car dealer friend in a little village outside Chepstow has just purchased a Black CSL and I'm sure he would come along. |
