anyone run 18's on track????
Im thinking of running 18" on the track, 235 40 18 front 265 35 18 rear,
if i do go down this route ill use yokohama a048 far far better tyre than the 888. just wondering if anyone is running 18's on track or is it best stick with the 19" help greatly appreciated |

I think most people run 19" because they have BBKs fitted and the 18" won't fit over them.
Seem to remember MarkCSL asking something about this |

The 18s fit over the ap's but not my 380mm BBK
You can get slicks for the 18's |

I run 18s and were too tight on fronts with APs. Rears no problem but the front balance weights were in the way. I moved them over and now run free with mm of clearance. You can run spacers to avoid this but didn't want to go that route.

Slicks create too much stress for a road car... i hope to pick up some cheap M3 18s to fit over my APs.
