Default Group trackday

Ok Guys,

With the existing non profit TDO as bmwcc and the new matesrates trackdays.

I had already made enquiry's with Msv at Snetterton for a low numbered non novice track day where we as a group have a say how the day can be run.

Mon-Fri prices +VAT for Snetterton are:

Jan/ Feb - £5,001.10

Apr - £9,452.36

These prices include the essentials we need:

Circuit hire, medics, marshal’s, race control, maintenance team and recovery

Chief instructor (briefing and host)

Team Leader (driver/passenger registration and additional customer point of contact)

PLI contribution

MSVT Organisational fee

Additional options:

Passenger instructor(s)

Catering

Conferencing room hire

Archie Scott Brown Centre

Dates currently available:

Jan 23-27th 30th

Feb 1st, 2nd, 6-10th, 14th, 15th, 17th

March 7th, 8th, 29th

Apr 11th, 13th, 25th, 27th

So here is my plan

Shoot for Friday 17th feb and 50 cars (max) which will work out at £120 per driver/car.

This would be an ideal number as to spread the cost and insure a queue free pit lane.

I must stress this is a totally non profit day for a group booking as regards to myself is concerned and the day would be run by MSV as per usual open pit track day (I might throw in coffee and donuts if you are lucky)

Invite payments into a Paypal account (totally refundable if we don't make the £6k with a set time scale and non refundable if we do )

I invite any questions....

Good luck Malc, never a rewarding task arranging trackdays.

Id go for one of the March dates but otherwise CSL will be tucked away in Feb and race car will not be ready.

I'd be up for it but would be in the Caterham not CSL. I could likely get a few more 7's to join in?

I've been doing the same every year through MSV for 13 years, talk about a ball ache lol... Everyone's "up for it" at the start but filling all the space is hard work towards the end.
