Open the boot remove rear plastic round the catch there is a 10mm i think lossen it pull up on the bumper and tighten the bolt back up

Most likely the carrier is sagging. Can happen with age or previous impact.
You can try adjusting it but I don't think it will work. Bumper is the same as normal m3. Only the diffuser is different. |
