Oil Leak
Hi,
anyone had a rear mount seal leak on their car? I already changed the CPV (constant pressure valve), but after driving a few days I see that there is still some oil leaking and from the inspection, seems like its the RMS. Car is a garage queen and I barely drive it, so kind of surprised that I would get a RMS leak. Any input is much appreciate.

Could well be the rear main, but get a mirror and check the very back corner of the cam cover gasket on the exhaust side. They can leak and run down the back and look very similar to rms or cpv leak. Much easier job too.

thx bro! Just the RMS doesn't seem to be a common issue for E46 M3, thus my uncertainty. Cars mainly driven in town, thus never really gets going hence my doubt about the RMS.
Will get my garage to check this area first as the CPV has already been changed.
