Default Throttle Lag

Quick question gents and cslgirl

Has anyone experienced a very, very slight hesitation in throttle response when lifting off the throttle and back on hard...It's not traction control or at least on the couple of occasions it's happened the TC light was not illuimated.

It has only occurred whilst negotiating changes in direction at speed, generally a combination of 3 or 4 consecutive corners.

Anyone coming to Wales in May can try the same route!!!

Is it worse with air con on? Your vanos seals may be on the way out. I'm in the middle of renewing mine. I had similar hesitations . Hopefully it'll sort it

Doubt the Vanos seals will be the cause of that.

Pretty well documented on here. Get to 1/4 tank and fuel starvation can and does happen.

Fuel surge ? Do these not have baffled tanks ? I've had previous turbo cars which I've had to install fuel swirl pots and twin fuel pumps to overcome the fuel starvation issues.
