Default KW CS owners past & present: your settings?

Hi there

Being on track in the dry and used the KW ring dry settings which were:-

Front
Rebound 6 clicks
Compression 0.75 full turn (4 clicks)

Rear
Rebound 9 clicks
Compression 0.5 full turn

These seemed pretty ok and no real complaints at Donnington using them settings, others here did you stick with those settings or did you find any other settings better?

My issue is on the road, car is struggling for traction as it's pretty damn firm and I'm using the softest factory settings of road which is:-

Front
Rebound 6 clicks
Compression 1.00 full turn (6 clicks)

Rear
Rebound 12 clicks
Compression 1.00 full turn

Those who have had the KW Clubsports did you find any settings which work better on the road?

I'm also worried about just turning them softer in case it can turn to far and then cause damage.

Any help or settings what others have found to work well would be appreciated.

It's hardly cup weather at present, what age are they. I find old used cups awful road Tyres, especially in colder, wet weather.

You can't compare to track as they get heat into them on track.

Hi there

Well the weather was much warmer this weekend, amazing what a difference of 5c makes to the cups, at under 10c they seem to skate over the road and offer little feedback. 15c what a difference, grip and great feedback and able to get some heat into them.

I also had a play with the suspension and found some new settings which seem to work great, much better ride on road and grip levels further increased.

Compression: 1.25 turns all round.
Front rebound: 10 clicks
Rear rebound: 13 clicks

Car feels great!
