Holiday suit cases in CSL boot?
Hi, this may be strange question, but does anyone know if there is a weight limit for the boot floor, need to put some suit cases in about 22 kg each x 2 ,
Will that crumple anything? Never checked that whole cardboard floor thing... |

I used mine to carry the wine for a mate's wedding a few years ago. He likes a drop too, so I'd say you'll be fine

The cardboard is ok so long as it's not soggy

As long as you put a second layer of cardboard in you should be ok.

I've carried 9 bags of postmix in mine before, no problem. The carpet/boot liner thing spreads the weight over the chassis legs, it'll be fine with a couple of suitcases.

Most of us on track days have wheels/tyres, tools, jack, brake pads and spares in the boot.
