Airbag Light
Does anyone know if there is a special Airbag module that the CSL runs or is it a standard E46 module with coding?
Trying to figure out a airbag issue on a standard to clone conversion. Cheers

No seriously, as us Europeans are much lighter than average American we need smaller airbags.

I am referring to the controlling module. I removed the side airbags as I have the door panels. The car of course now is angry that the side airbags are gone.
We have used the BMW pro tools to code out the door airbags but I still get a airbag fault code. The person doing the coding thinks maybe it is a faulty airbag module. I thought the airbags were run through the DME? So to the question is, anyone here know how the airbag setup is done and can they assist in resolving the light issue?

Just unplug the module near the handbrake. No more light
