Default MTrack mode

How much slip angle does the mtrack allow before intervening?
I find that it cuts in almost instantly when the car starts sliding,I understood that it would allow a good bit of slip angle?
Only have the car a few weeks

Anyone?
Not looking for a technical answer just is mine a bit over protective
I was under the impression it was suitable for track use, I find it much too intrusive and think I would have to switch dsc off on track.

I did less than 1 lap in mtrack mode until I just turned dsc off.... The only reason I was using it as I'd never done a track day in rwd..

Hi Dave,
My experience of M-trac is that it seems to operate more on wheel speed disparity rather than slip angle, so sometimes it will let you slide quite reasonable angles (if the front and rear wheels aren't rotating at hugely different speeds) and others (when you mash the throttle), it will cut power with virtually no angle what-so-ever, if it has "lit the back tyres up". Consequently I run it EVERYWHERE with the DSC off as it has such a nice diff, chassis and steering .

If the road is dry, the car is so forgiving and easy to drive (if you're used to rear wheel drive) that turning it off means that as long as you don't give a big lift when it slides, it is like a big go-kart and self-centres with the appropriate amount of opposite lock.
