lose low end torque....gain power at high rpm, need to delete codes in ecu for secondary O2 sensors so you don t get engine light and you would need a remap as it will run a little lean at high rpm....

IMHO no point on a road going Cecil. 100 Cell SuperSprint Cats are the better option if you must.
