Just got.my car back. Must say the guys there in the bodyshop are are as enthusiastic and helpful as Emma and Gareth at Elms.

Shown underneath the car, all the old parts and they explained what had been done. An eye opener to see the additional cracks that could not be seen just by looking underneath on a ramp. Well pleased I have had mine done.

Had mine done there in 2012 by Ray (who's done well over 50 by now I'd have thought as he was on 43 when I went there...).. Superb service.

Yes Ray carried out the work. I felt at ease when I knew how experienced he was. Had all the bushes changed at the same time. As you said great service

I assume then you went to school with him?

I can't remember all the names at the body shop (Peter, Andy to name two) but it's great to see how long they have worked together.

Grew up in the area.

I found everyone I delt with there to be very knowledgable and took the time to take me round the workshop and even showed be a M3 that was having a subframe replaced and explained everything and left me with no questions to ask.
