Don't sell unless you have to or 997 GT3 3.8 to replace it isn't bad. Both will appreciate in value. Mind you the GT3 you will need to get it at a decent price otherwise if you over pay, you simply won't loose, but you won't see decent gains.
Your in the money with the CSL, but when you switch it will depend on the GT3's buy in.
