I would say Forza Motorsport 2 for X-Box has the best interpretation of the track direction and orientation of corners, and is the most realistic in terms of real times etc. You can use it to learn which way the track goes but you learn nothing beyond that.
As others have mentioned, in terms of camber, bumps and the effect the track has on the car, start with a clean sheet of paper when you get there and learn the track at conservative speeds. The experience of driving it is more thrilling and shocking than just about any other track you'll ever drive and that certainly is not accurately interpreted in any game.
