Pulled my car out of the garage yesterday. Last time I used it, I had washed the car and suspect the brakes etc were a bit damp when I parked it up.

On pulling out of the garage, the nearside rear wheel was binding. With a bit of power it came free, but now it seems like the handbrake is not working on this wheel.

Easy fix? or should I get Elms to check it out?
