Well thanks to trackm3 I have finally managed to get hold of the Plaque for the Car as it looked like a previous owner for my car already had the plaque assigned and pinched it
(thanks Mark for getting the info).
So will be taking it down to Creative and see if / costs etc if can be done and if so will give a shout back with the results.
