Been following thread with interest & now having collected my SB this afternoon, am fully armed for a meet....how do these things work?....who decides time, place etc...?
All I need to do now is learn to drive properly!!!!

We could always do it at ML (Chelwood Gate nr E. Grinstead) which would keep Monkey happy and give us a few other classics to look at. That is if he is interested in hosting it.

I have not been there for a few years but there are some nice roads down that way and they may even have an original CSL there. Who knows.

welcome sp2c and sounds like a nice car.

I was thinking about combining this with the next pistonheads meet at the grasshopper in westerham as the ones last year were awesome and some great cars there....modern and classic.

not sure when the next one is but will find out.

looks like we could have quite a few cars there and a good excuse to get out for a blast.

Hi Pip, thanks for thinking of us:)

I'd have to double check with Dan, but I cant see a problem if you guys want to swing by. Could maybe do an open ramp session depending when it is. You guys could get your cars up on the ramps and have a look at parts you cant normally see.

Let me know if you guys are interested and I'll sound it out and set the wheels in motion.

Just had a chat with Dan, yes it would be fine. We do a number of open ramp days through the year, we'd be happy to provide this for the CSL register. We normally do 30 min ramp slots, with a designated technician for you to cast your eye over the car. BBQ is a mainstay of our ramp days too:)

And there's always some eye candy in the showroom.

If you guys are interested give me as much notice as possible please, it will enable us to provide a better day for all attending.
