Doc Bruv in law looked at said it looks like it needs 150ml+ fluid drawing off it.

Fookin kills. Can't walk on it, struggle standing, ice and ibuprofen having no effect.

He's trying to get me into see this guy tomorrow who looks like he knows his onions (well, knees !)

No idea mate. Had some discomfort in March. Scan identified an inflamed ITB.

Been fine for couple of months.

Yesterday morning ok, felt slight twinge from it in pool during pre- work swim.

Yesterday night (and all day today) looks like John Merricks leg.
