Default CSL Workshop Manual

Could someone help me out with a link or copy of the CSL workshop manual?

I’m trying to find the table for the MAP Sensor 0-5v scale.

Thank you!

I don't know if that info is in the workshop manual (also known as TIS in the bmw world). I do know the map sensor values though

The slope is 247.1 mbar/V or 4.047 mV/mbar. Offset is 1.1875 mbar. The software ignores sensor values below 100 mbar and above 1200 mbar.

These values are taken directly from the software

Thank you for the information! I didn't know I needed to state the obvious.

Any chance you could take a screen shot of the value table? I'm looking to set up a base map for a project I'm working on...

Thank you!!

It's just a linear sensor so the software just uses the scalars above; there is no table for the pressure and voltage. You can generate a table with some algebra if you really want.

The response curve appears to be identical to the "10-115" kpa sensors bosch sells http://www.bosch.com.au/car_parts/en...cification.pdf

(Bosch measures P1 at 0.4v and P2 at 4.65v; the CSL's sensor returns those voltages at 10 and 115 kpa in both cases)

Has anyone had to change their map sensor up to now?
