CSL wanted

I'm new to this forum but have had a few E46 M3's in the past, and am looking for a CSL.

Maybe to narrow the spec down, I'm looking for a CSL
Mileage - prefer under 30k
Spec - definitely want a/c, would prefer xenons and PDC
Service history - full BMW history preferred
Warranty - clearly BMW warranty would be preferred
Number of owners - will not consider anything with 4+
Colour - black preferred
Other options - prefer big brake kit - esp APs at the front,but if the car doesn't have this that is ok

Hopefully this gives some sense as to what I am looking for. I'm not in a rush, but I am a serious buyer (and a private buyer).

Had two M3s, one from new in 2003 and one in 2008 which I sold in 2009.
