Good God that's cheap !

I'd buy it myself as a daily if I had the cash.

Wonder what adjustment a single sale at that price would mean for the average value metric...

None, as it was sold almost immediately, indicating it was snapped up before the price was adjusted.

I wouldn't be surpised to see it back up for Sale at £40K if it really did go for £35K.

Mind you, ML's Phone would've been ringing of the hook and so someone might have offered say £37K to seal it. Still a bargain in this market...

I might have a look at this while i'm at ML getting some bits done on the M5 later in the week.

oh dear! you need better negotiating skills

hmmm now i'm thinking I need a slower SB Cecil on my drive just to mix it up.
