Have a look in your alcantara wallet properly, as that's where I found my brand new one stashed after 2 years of owning it

Failing that they're ONLY £30 from a stealer

i found mine inside the wallet too all scrunched up ... Had to steam iron the damn thing to get it flat again!!

If you arent too fussed I've got quite a bit of alcantara fabric in the right colour that i can cut out in the correct shape and size and pop it in an envelope for you?? (won't cost you a penny either)
