I only use cups on track but i would think you should run them at about 32/33 psi

32-34 hot like track

but on track thats about 26-28 cold, i reckon on road you want about 30 cold and see if it gets up to 32 to 34 depending upon weather

best check on road is to make sure you are getting even tyre wear or the cups will be bald in 2000 rather than 5-6000 miles
