Default What is this part called / Part Number Please....

Does anyone know what the part is that sits just under the slide skirt, attached to the floor, in front of the rear wheels on either side, that has a rubber mud flap type lip on it?

As I have tried to locate it on the BMW part sheets, and even my local Dealer has tried without success to match it to one of the parts on their computer.

If anyone knows its name, where its situated on the parts catalogue, like on bmw fans, or Real OEM, or even has a part number, I would be appreciated, as I need to replace mine.

Lives under the car in the general area where the red box is.

And whilst were playing "what's that Part"

Can any one advise what I need to fit in this hole. Again looked on line, and not come across the answer.

cheers

John
