I've checked mine each time it comes from the garage and it's always different but never as tight as 80? One of my wheels shows signs of over tightening with the edge of the bolt holes distorting, so be careful, it is possible to damage them.

A friend of mine got his Z3M back from BMW with the wheel nuts finger tight, how he laughed at finding out half a mile up the road.

i'll go in the middle with 83 then

got a few snipes in on ebay for a decent torque wrench
