rear bushes
hi chaps, ive been reading all the chat about rear bushes and limiter kits etc .ive taken the plunge and bought some poly 2 piece bushes from a company from abroad advertising on ebay at the moment. round about the £40 quid mark .does anyone use these or have i dropped a clanger ?

You should be alright with Poly bushes but its like everything, depends on the quality. Some people stick by poly bushes, others go for solid spherical bearing type efforts (???) and other OEM bushes with the TMS (Or similar) limiter kit (like me) I can say that the limiter kit sorted out the back end wobble and the new bushes gave me the long missed BOOT in the back on hard upshifts! |

thanks baz , dont know how to do the link thing sorry but the shop on ebay is called "crazy the god " if that helps , im not gonna do any big track stuff so dont suppose its too important .

When you say baxk end wobble, is this at certain speeds, launching the car or just hard driving around corners?

Just launching mostly, and cornering hard sometimes. When cornering hard, it can feel like you're sliding/drifting round the corner but you're not.
It's ok at high speeds though. |

Thanks Baz, I think i might need a limiter kit for mine, best to get & fit them?
Would it best to buy them then go to any garage to have em fitted?

I get the wobble/ rear wheel steer feel under full throttle when leaving junctions or over taking things and the camber changes in the road.
