Default Looking and advice reqd

Hi,

Not too long after April I'm going to be looking to purchase a CSL.....been a long term aim and circumstances are now making this possible

No disrespect to any owners of black ones, and yes I know it's the faster colour, I will be looking for a Silver Grey. Ideally unmolested, FSH and as low a mileage as my budget will allow......talking of budget.....will be looking to spend around £35-37500K.

Now to the advice reqd bit.....to get the duck egg question out of the way.....do the door mirrors fold in?....now you've stopped giggling I'll explain...where it would be kept would entail going through a narrow gap meaning the mirrors would be folded....anyhow, will try and make that the only stupid question

What do you guys think of my chances of finding a good example in my price range?.....

Plus, if you're reading this and either are thinking of moving yours on or you know someone else who may be....talk to me.

Thanks in advance for any help coming my way.

1. Welcome
2. Good choice
3. They fold manually, not electronically
4. Yes you'll find one but prices will rise through March is my guess

Thank you for that, appreciated.

However, do you feel my budget is enough for a good one?

It's a gap between the corners of two houses, opens as wide as you like once through it.

Looks promising then

Car is best described as being a possible investment purchase ( old fart typing here ).....hence wanting an unmodified one although an AP brake upgrade would be fine. One would be fitted if it didn't have one.

Already have a bit of a mental car that I can use for everyday stuff.....CSL would be insured for 5000 mle pa and be a thing to get out in the summer.

This brings to mind the saying...best laid plans etc etc.

Edited for accuracy

Pops good luck with the search, should find a good one for that budget. Spring is round the corner and as shimmy mentioned, prices start to firm up as the weather starts to improve.

Good luck with the search and got to ask, what's the "mental" car?

garage queen don't need no APs, no APs needed on the road, just track. but soon as you ruin the best laid plans and end up at Bedford Autodrome on a whim, youll need them
