I have put my £1k deposit down for a M2 CSL. Only myself and one other on the deposit list. Lets hope they make the car now

I don't get that? It's either a car you like or not. Hardly going to be worth it as investment, its a fookin' new BMW.

Mine will get driven and enjoyed because its an absolute bloody hoot to drive.

Today, across the Beacons, in the pissing rain I had the drive of my year so far. Took the long way back to the office. This thing is an absolute ball and in limited traction conditions it's so balanced at sane speeds. In my own mind I felt like a driving God and did things I wouldn't dream of in the CSL and similar conditions.

I'm even starting to get the steering. My preferred settings are chassis/steering in comfort, everything else sport+ and traction off.

This car is the classic grower. You really need time to get to know it and when you do it comes alive.
