OK Simon, now unfortunately *you* have overstepped the mark. You are blatantly lying about emails that don't exist and phone calls that were never made. All our calls are recorded and all emails are stored our server. I welcome any independent inspection of either system.

I have posted *every* bit of email correspondence we have exchanged this week and there was most certainly no voicemail from you over the weekend.

Unless you can post or forward me the alleged email (complete with headers) then I must insist that you retract those blatant lies immediately, otherwise I'll be cancelling your booking for Monday and I'll see you in court.
