Need dinner venues 3 nights Munich and Salzburg (Roland, Trawler?) to seat anywhere up to 80-100 persons

Will look at dinner venue for Salzburg when have better idea of numbers (as accommodation).

Wonder if Red Bull would be worth contacting for the Salzburgring?
