Has the hotel given you details of how many paid on the room ( like we did) and how many paid by cash?

The feedback I gave to the hotel in their email-feedback-request-form was very bad because this is what they deserve.
I paid (like many others) parking and they told me twice to take a stroll because the parking was full.
Who sells prepaid parking and then lets cars with non-prepaid parking cards to enter and fully occupy it ???

When we paid for the room I explicitly told them, the two of us were at the dinner and paid cash. Although we insisted for a second receipt, they gave us only one.
The response was "that's fine, do not worry about it".

To add here I clearly saw the guys from Bulgaria paying the waiters.

I somehow think that there wasn't anyone that did not pay for the dinner.

PS : shimmy if you need help talking to them please let me know. I can call them and talk to them for hours, no problem with that...

I know it makes little odds now just found my Leonardo Invoice and on it, I have Restaurant @ 78 (so me +1) I remember the waiter coming around and just told them to stick onto my room.

I also paid in cash for my dinner and my +1 handed over his Euro's in cash, we didn't receive receipts from the waiters who took the money (in hindsight this was obviously an oversight). It would be interesting to find out from everyone how many paid in cash and how many charged to the room, just to try and work out what percentage of the cash has gone astray.

I don't believe that their were folk at the dinner event that would have considered it to be a freeby and wormed out of paying when it was clear that the waiters were making their way round each table seeking payment either to the rooms or via cash.

Mine is on the invoice, and my +1 paid cash on the night but again didn't get a receipt

As already said, Shimmy don't get stuck with the difference, we'll split it between us all if it comes down to it
