I was with Flux Direct. This time when I went to reinsure they wouldn't insure the csl to the agreed value without a tracker it would of worked out about £310 and then had to get a tracker.

So I contacted classic line and fully comp with agreed value £370

finally managed to get hold of CCI today and renewed my insurance. They told me that any vehicle with a value of £40K+ must have a tracker regardless of area.
It's a pain. But I need the track cover. And their package is really competitive.

Classic Line also include breakdown. Although it's not valid on a trackday, and neither is the RAC's...as a mate discovered yesterday when he lunched the diff on his e36 M3 track car.

He waited outside the cafe at Donington but they refused to pick him up.
The AA and others will recover from a trackday though.

Couple of CSL's at Donington yesterday ensuring the GT4's and Cayman R's didn't get away It was super sticky !

When my RS500 let go, got it towed to outside the track at Brands then called recovery

I've just put a cat 5 tracker on my car, insured value £50k with CCI. Still with 5 TDs.

High risk area (e14). In secure underground car park.

Good looking owner and beautiful wife. ~£850 pa. full NCB. Protected.
