After much deliberation we're selling our cherished CSL.

We've owned this fantastic car for the past 4.5years but have decided it’s now time to move on. The car has covered 55K miles and is in excellent condition.

It has a full BMW service history as follows;
1181 – Sytner – running in check/oil change
11540 – Sytner – Oil Service
21148 – Westerly Barnstaple BMW – Inspection I – When I bought the car
32739 – Sytner Solihull – Oil Service
45781 – Rybrook Warwick BMW – Inspection II

It also has had all the brake fluid replacements as they fall due. The service indicator is showing 4000miles until the next oil change is due. The MOT runs until end of October 2011 and it is taxed until 30th Sept 2011

The car is always garaged and in the last 12 months has had the front discs and pads replaced with BMW OEM parts and the front bumper re-sprayed.

The car is on Continental Sport Contact tyres and has the following specification:
· BiXenon Headlamps
· BMW Business CD/Radio
· Air Conditioning

The car is completely standard and has never had any modifications.

The car also comes with a tracker which can be transferred to the new owner. The car is currently on a private plate which will be transferred back to its original 53 plate when sold. All the original documentation and spare keys come with the car, including the suede wallet.

Errrrr, back to an escort cosworth actually

I really miss my old one even though it's not a patch in terms of handling. It's the engineer in me. I want something to tinker with and the csl is not the car for that. Plus the difference will go on a deposit for a new discovery which we want as a family car.

Escos is not a bad compromise and as you know will hold it's value just as well as the CSL.

Also there's one on eBay at the moment, it's similar to yours and ended at just over 20k last week but didn't meet reserve so it's been relisted and is already upto £24k with reserve met, so there's buyers out there for this sort of milage

If I had a bit more to play with then I'd be looking at yours, going for a high milage one instead (107k) - and you thought yours was high miles
