I assume locking nuts that fit on to studs.

When you say 10mm and 12mm, do you mean on each side (wheel) or how much the track increases ?

Each side Alex, i.e. 10mm spacers fitted on the same axle will add 20mm track width overall

or i like to do 20mm one side and 5mm the other - for Rockingham oval

Or you could set your coils up high one side of the car and low for the outside of the oval, you'd be corning flat

I run 10mm H & R front and rear, they appear to be very well engineered, and a good toleranced fit. Cant speak for any other makes however.

apart from spacers shortening the life of your wheel bearings i think the main thing is to be very careful not to drop the car onto its wheels before they are tightened up.

this can cause weight to be transfered onto the positioning ring on the spacer and crack it
