BMW's having a look at mine whilst it is in. They said they'll see what they can do under the warranty

Pantene is nice, but a new steering wheel is nicer.

James they all don't need a clean some go bobble and the material starts to come off so if i send you a bobble steering wheel how is washing it going to make it new again

I can't fix those

All I know is that my wheel was EXACTLY like the one in Scotts picture and it's now as good as new after a clean.

Bobble - just set about it with an electric shaver before cleaning it.

This thread inspired me to clean my wheel tonight. Came up nice as usual.

The guy next door leaned over the fence and caught me at the shaving stage. He was truely puzzelled, thought I'd gone nuts.

I started to explain but gave up trying to convince him of the benefits and had a beer with him instead.
