Well that's the advantage of being upside down - tyres last a lot longer and high mpg!

I wouldn't recommend it for the CSL though - not now the roofs are in short supply

Seems there's not too many that have already rolled over.

I had about 25k to spend on a motor - looked at 335i and E92 M3 but ended up thinking that the arse is gonna totally fall out out of them price wise after a few years so why not make the same initially outlay on a high-mile CSL, drive it as a daily, and even with intergalatic mileage it'll still be worth more than either of the other two. Plus I get to drive everyday in one of the best cars ever made, by anybody.

Just joined the 100k club and my sentiments exactly, 111k for me and I can now use this one without fear! Worst case, it will be worth quite a bit in parts in a few years time

The way I see it, everybody sub-100k should pay us a commission for keeping their car values higher.

That was my thinking too. I was dithering and then woke up one morning and thought exactly that.
