used a 2 pack epoxy from regal paints. etched the concrete floor, primer coat , top coat. its too nice to put a car in now plus i havent got a csl yet, so i just go in there and roll around on the floor for a bit

thats the plan

i had the opportunity to get one for £93k summer 2014. this one thats sitting at porsche centre solihull is £165k. ( has been reduced from £179k- so a total bargain then)

Where you've taken the photo from, you've got a sliding door? Where's that lead to? Sorry to be nosey, just looks an odd design/layout...

Nosey bstrd but well spotted, the garage is attached to the side of the house so i could in theory drive any car from the drive through the garage and out into the garden . Well that was the theory when I asked the architect. He said yeah no reason why you can't have a roller garage door on the back, 8ft should be enough. During the build process I thought it's gonna be dark in here, why don't I have some bifold doors on here instead, looks a lot nicer and you can see the cars when they are in there under the spot lights. Little did I know was the space the folded doors take!!! They take approx 2 ft off the 8ft making it near impossible to get anything through the gap now. I've half tried the wife's 120 but it is very tight. So anything with flared arches is not gonna go. Shame really cos I did think about building a big wooden shed around the back to double up as another garage, I'll just have to settle for a jcw or a 70's 911 . I'm such a dreamer.
