It's not always about cost, its about peace of mind, and I would always pay a premium for that.

Elms is obviously brilliant and many people on here have excellent experience. My experience with Munich has been first class so far. I love the fact that they talk to you about the car in great detail. The service manager has just rebuilt his own M3 engine. They really know their stuff. I have some damning news about a main dealer but need more details before posting.

Lets just say, just because a car has full BMW history does not mean it's been well looked after! Except for Elms! I will never use a main dealer again... Elms excluded.

Thanks for kind words everyone its good to no im doin something right .
Sorry to hear if you have had bad experiance at a main dealer but good to hear your getting good service that your car deserves .

I would say he is all of the above + he makes, tea, coffee, does the bins, has alot of sh*t breaks and best of all he looks after my car , cheers again Giraffe

2.spare Alternater
3.Salmon Relay
4.Can of 10w/60

7.A good tow rope

All the necessary lubricants .... Engine oil; gearbox oil: M Differential oil; coolant; brake fluid; ....
