I don't think anyone with an E46 has had it done for free over the 10 year period,some over this time or with missing stamps have been asked to contribute towards the repair.

I'm only going by what I was told by the body shop that did mine.... They had a car 10 days over the 10 years and it was declined

I know of a person who had to pay all for a car over 10 years...

Without warranty it's not always covered now.

Does anyone know of all the cars repaired so far how many were trackday ones and how many were only road use ones

Am I right that these cracks only appear after hard use ?

My 1999 323Ci Coupe had the cracks repaired free about £4k of work in 2007 after a Bruntingthorpe session earlier in 2006.

One 30k miles E46 M3 has had it done ....

Could be cracks on any E46 mate and not necessarily a car that has been on track or used hard.

No, mine was replaced and its never seen track & completely standard.
