I may be wrong, sorry! Still think e9x is better for getting kids in the back though.

Love that!!!
They won't be in the back all of the time. Maybe once a month maximum, and my youngest is still in a rear facing seat so that should protect the back of the fronts seats for now... Are those child seats pretty narrow? Or do you also get a lot of scratches on the centre console and has it even split like others suggest...?

Never any shoes on in the car, nor food or drink (unless an emergency)

Had both of mine from when born in the car so dealt with rear facing. Was a bit of a palava getting them in and out when on your own but once worked out, it was fine. Trying to recall when I just had the one, I used to leave the seat in there and then take her out, put her in the front seat and then remove the car seat. Used to get a few strange looks from others and the mother in law wholly disapproved. When it was both of them, it got a little more difficult but it's a weekend car for us so we worked around it for the sake of how many times we used it. When one was in the front facing, I then used to put the baby into that seat, me squeeze in and then transfer to rear facing etc. etc. You have to love the car to go through it

No scratches and no splits

Without a doubt it would be easier - having seats that fold would of been a bonus - but I couldn't compromise on the csl - if anything I would of rather no kids in it than to have to sell it lol. Internet shopping ftw!

Mine has scuffs on back of seat but I put my 2 yr old in back so at least I didn't start the scuffing! The recaro young sport is a pain to get in and I have to feed it between the fronts. Cslgirl where did you get those seats? Struggling to find a seat big enough for my daughter that still has 5 point? I'm not going to booster for as long as poss!
