Hi mate I know a guy who Can come to your house and reface Ya discs for 40 quid each plus fuel.had mine done due to cheap spaces o warped them.he does them on the car so they cut perfect to Ya car.Just an option.

It will be the discs with the old pads. Best off getting new performance friction one's.
Extra dosh but work well with RS29. Also for rear there is no difference between OEM rear discs or AP's. |

To be fair If You have forked out on bbk and You got vibration This Is who Ya need to See Marcus Bailey. WWW.discskimmers.comcheck out his work I highly recommend him his diagnosis and advice was spot on wid mine and brakes perfect now.

If It's brake pad deposits, sand disc wid paper to clean em up before fitting new pads.If You have aluminium bells torque the wheels to 120nm don't airgun them.then pump brake couple tims and turn wheels.If You get a scraping noise all way round Ya discs Ok but If it scrapes then quiet Ya discs May be out.try that.

Sure ill give it a go. As i say its only slight vibration and when warm at the moment. Wont stop me doing a trackday. That disk skimmer bloke sounds pretty good. I rekon new pads will probably sort. Ill put them in this weekend and see. Not got anywhere around here to get em hot though :S

One other observation i had. When i was getting a bit of judder, and i backed off i could hear a pulsating sound from what i thought was the rear. So it could be that its a rear disks that needs skimming. When disks cooled pulsating disappeared. Ill take it all to pieces this weekend and have a good look.
