PS Shane - above figures (max 154 degrees) was with a different thermostat, I think the sensors are just rubbish to be honest.

Both checked @ BMW when NEW Fuel pump was fitted Not possible as it's a weekend toy used on long drives in the summer months only Full compression and leak down test carried out by BMW very recently all within OEM speck according to Gareth I'd love to see U say that to Rob's face @ DMS FYI, my CSL is running stock power

Mine runs at 125 on the Track in the summer at Silverstone and Bretagne cannot remember what its runs on the road but never worried about it so must be about the 100 mark
