Just turned 21 and got insurance quote down from over £7,000 to £1450 with 0 years NCB. Not too bad i thought!

 basically its all done online now a days and can be altered constantly to alter the final price, once altered you can then ring up other companies to price match then start again and alter for second time knocking down the price. Online quotes often give inaccurate quotes as its only a computer and does things wrong. And with bell working in conjunction with another company i rung they had to match as company policy. I do it with every car and works sweet every time. Its simply playing with companies guidelines. Its a hobby of mine..
