Thanks for the info guys.

I will have a look into ATE and motul.

I take it these will be ok if normal fluid has been used previously ie it will mix safely with any residue in the system?

Whn you change brand/type you need to make sure all the old stuff is out first
When bleeding brakes we empty the reservoir completely first to minimise the amount of old fluid to then get out.

motul rbf 660 is the latest top of the line motul stuff


You flush the system thru with new fluid, starting from the back calipers to the front... you can see the difference in colour between old and new....

Hey, you've not told me when I'm popping up your end yet! Gee, seems like everyone's popping up shane's end. Waiting for pm and thinking of the motul 600 gear in there, I've not got fluid yet but pads sorted here.
