not sure if Alcon do?

Mine fit Shimmy on the td 18's, they do anyway. Plenty of space.

I will try my standard m3 18x9's tomorrow. And report back.

Lawsy

the 9 and 9.5 will fit ok. The bit they usually foul is the spokes. The 5575 calliper is a slimmed down 5555 calliper just to miss these. The fronts have a much bigger offset therefore more lilly to foul

Kp

Just fronts would suffice,

with hoses and uprated rear pads on standard rear discs.

I ran with just fronts for about 18 months before getting the rears, only difference is brake balance isn't quite so good, stopping distances seemed the same but the car pitches forward more IMO.

Either setup will be fine, in braking power both are limited by the grip of the tyre, 2 hours of racing and no fade at all on the APs with PF disks and RS29 and I'm sure Alcons would do exactly the same.
Is there actually much difference between the 'monobloc' Alcon's and the 'normal' AP calipers?

I can't see there being that much difference between the two, I'd rather paint the AP calipers a more fetching yellow!

None that us hobby drivers will notice.

I only opted for mine as I got them for £2500 almost new as well

And I sold my AP's for a good price, so thought I would give them a try.

I'm over the moon with my Alcons running RS29's and Castrol SRF fluid.
Reassuringly expensive!

my Ap callipers have done 50k miles, 6000 track miles, been through about 10 sets of pads and 3 sets discs

just refurbed the front seals and never had any issue with them, perfect
