Thank you to all. I have decided to bite the bullet and get a new one - "Maintained with no expense spared". I may put the old or new CF flaps out for sale in due course.

also comes with a new grille too no 4 on the diagram, do they have stock currently? many said that would be a problem when mine was smashed but it arrived in less than a week.
