Here's a few quotes for Inspection II from dealers in the Southwest, all including VAT. There's some variation...!

Cotswold Gloucester £800
Westerly Yeovil £1025
Westerly Exeter £900
Westerly Dorchester £930
Ocean Plymouth £1025
Ocean Falmouth £1200...!

Apparently Cotswold specialise in 'M' cars and seem able to undercut other dealers. BMW do offer 10% discount to all cars over 4 years old - except 'M' cars...

In the end i went to Westerly Yeovil (most convenient) and saved £100 as i didn't require a new air filter and i also insisted that i was given the 10% discount! Total cost £830.

It certainly pays to shop around and some dealers appear to apply the 10% discount when others don't - unless you ask. I just wish that i live near Cotswold BMW!

Murketts in Huntingdon (recognised CSL specialists) are charging me £1070 for an Inspection II.

But that doesn't include any of the 4-plus discount (which applies to some of it...)

Thanks sounds alot with Cotswold main dealer charging £800.

I've not dropped the car off yet but from what I've heard, I'm happy to pay the £200 premium to take it to Murketts.

They actually know what a CSL is!

I see Dick Lovett in Bristol have finaly drop there prices fro 3 year old M car services.

Slightly cheaper than Cotswold now.

Inspection 1 - £575
Inspection 11 - £775 - When I got mine done at Cotswold in September Dick Lovett wanted £1100 so a good drop in cost there.
