Quick question, divert me elsewhere if need be but my steering wheel looks chunkier than the one in that pic, is that right or has someone used too much padding during a retrim?

You mean my pic or the one you posted ? If mine, I had mine retrimmed to original width. Should be the same as factory job but certainly not chunkier.
