How easy is it to get a compression test done?

Just got a quote for fully comp with 100 excess, they don't do zero excess now for new customers.
Price without bmw assist was about £1200 for the year.
How much would this go down for the second year?

But how long will they have to wait, just look at poor Billy still waiting

Hey mate, I got a compression test on my csl before sending it to the uk to sell. The running in service was a bit late so I wanted to have peace of mind that the engine was healthy. Main dealer job, takes about two hours I think. Gives you a small print out for with a bar chart for each cylinder. Expensive enough tbh, 200 euro if I remember correctly. Indy might be able to do it also and cheaper

I would never buy an M car with out warranty
Look at billy his car has been with bmw for over a year now look at what a hire car would have cost
never mind the 10k engine and its still to be fitted almost 20k warranty is a bargin

Hope you get it sorted soon billy

Fair one Mark but presumably there are quite a few here who do not have a warranty. Trouble is you only really hear the horror stories and what about after 60,000 - ?
