Default R1

Bike lifts the front wheel at 106mph......balls of steel.

Have to agree with the majority about the Porsche driver......total lack of respect for other road users
I mean we are all so law abiding and it's reinforced by the general high regard that the driving public hold for BMW drivers.....

The video runs for 8 mins and both rider and driver are driving in a loop as they pass the same road signs at least twice.

The R1 was the quickest supersport at that time so hat's off to the rider for giving the Porsche a run for it's money.

I was watching a clip a couple of weeks ago of a lad down here in an R8 against a couple of bikers...

I can't add the link here but its 'Audi R8 V10 Suzuki GSXR Kazasaki Ninja ZX 10R', throw that into youtube and have a gander. Some mental driving, for anyone worried, nothing happens to any of the guys involved, they reach a toll barrier.

Edited to add:
Just watched it again, the guys a Lunatic. He's on top of one of the bikers at one point, the girls got the sensible head on and he should have let the bikers go after beating them once.

As mentioned, old vid and plate no longer around. I guess it was written off if vid is anything to go by.

I believe that the car was stolen as mentioned in an earlier post. At least that is what was said on the Porsche forum.

Yeah but the biker had the cheek to post the video knowing that he wouldn't get caught, but he is just as guilty if not more so.

Porsche won, he was the biggest nutter. Bike didn't really want to lead even though he was faster as he wanted to follow rathr than risks a head on.

Some high speeds, porker did one really bad move that he judged wrong and nearly punted the red car as he come off the roundabout.

Def naughty boys.

Agreed....Porsche does a couple of rash overtakes but oncoming motorists were sterling in giving him room. This was filmed when a drivers only distraction was "the stereo" and the kids welding smarties onto your black nappa. Now the Porsche driver would cop a head on! what with drivers balancing a vanilla latte on their right arm whilst juggling with the tom tom and uploading an app on the I phone.
